This etch enables the conversion of Roxey’s kit 4C66, D46 Stroudley 6W Luggage Brake Van to the later D76/232 Billinton version with its higher roof line. Panelled duckets were introduced in 1911, when the duckets of most brake vehicles were rebuilt to reduce the over carriage width from 9ft 2ins to 8ft 9ins.
